How long does production and shipping take?
Every Flat Bottom Outfitters item is made to order just for you. Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Are your shirts made to order?
Yes! Every shirt is printed specifically for your order. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste and maintaining quality.
Because each item is custom made, we begin production shortly after your order is placed.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse.
However, if your order arrives:

please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right by providing a replacement or another appropriate solution.
What sizes do you carry?
Most of our apparel is available in sizes Small through 3XL, with select products offered up to 4XL or 5XL.
Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking link in that email to monitor your package throughout delivery. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so they can enter production as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it.
While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information.
If you believe your package has been lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
How should I wash my apparel?
To keep your apparel looking its best:
